摘 要:上海体育场原屋盖为大跨度空间管桁架结构,为满足增容改造需求,在原钢屋盖基础上设置轮辐式索网结构,向场内方向增加悬挑16.5 m。对大跨度管桁架屋盖带载工作下结构加固进行了研究分析,采用液压可调轴力支撑进行屋盖反顶,卸载部分结构荷载和施工荷载,并对不同节点形式、不同受力状态的屋盖杆件及节点的加固工艺进行研究及应用,采用外包钢骨、异形连接板、碳纤维等加固形式,减少了焊接量,降低了加固风险,同时采用张拉和计算同步进行的方式,保证了索网位型和受力状态。作为首例轮辐张拉体系加固、改造空间管桁架体系的项目,通过分析受力情况、细化施工内容,总结出超高大跨度钢结构屋盖安装的关键技术,填补了国内体育场超大跨度屋盖利用轮辐式索网结构改造扩容的空白,可为今后类似结构的施工提供参考。The original roof of Shanghai Stadium consists of a large-span space pipe truss structure.To accommodate the requirements for capacity expansion and reconstruction,a spoke-type cable net structure was added to the existing steel roof,extending a cantilever by 16.5 meters towards the interior of the stadium.The reinforcement of the large-span pipe truss roof structure under load conditions was analyzed,employing hydraulic adjustable axial force supports to reverse the roof and unload part of the structural and construction loads.The reinforcement techniques for roof members and joints with varying joint forms and stress conditions were also studied and implemented.Techniques such as external steel,special-shaped connection plates,and carbon fiber were utilized to reduce welding volume and reinforcement risks.Simultaneously,tensioning and calculation were performed in tandem to ensure the correct shape and stress state of the cable net.As the first project in China to strengthen and transform a space pipe truss system using a spoke-type tensioning system,key techniques for installing ultra-large span steel structure roofs were summarized through stress analysis and detailed construction procedures.This project fills a domestic gap in the use of spoke cable net structures for the reconstruction and capacity expansion of ultra-large span stadium roofs and serves as a reference for future similar constructions.
