管片拼装内衬法在长距离排水管道修复中的研究及应用

摘　　要：上海市浦东新区排水管道长度约4230 km,其中管龄超过30年的占到6.2%,部分管道处于恶劣的运行环境下,已出现腐蚀渗漏并造成路基的空洞。以上海市浦东新区罗山路(华漕达桥—张江立交)路段道路下污水管道修复工程为依托,针对中心城区长距离、大管径的受损排水管道,在保证正常排水情况下,采用管片拼装内衬法进行修复。该工艺采用硬质PVC定制管片在管道内拼装成环,然后壁后注浆形成内衬,有效解决了市区排水管道修复交通量大、施工作业面小的难题。The drainage pipeline network in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,extends approximately 4,230 kilometers,with 6.2%of the pipes exceeding 30 years of service.Some pipelines,operating under harsh environmental conditions,have experienced corrosion and leakage,leading to voids in the subgrade.Based on the sewage pipeline restoration project under Luoshan Road(Huacaoda Bridge-Zhangjiang Interchange)in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,the segment assembly lining method was employed to repair the long-distance,large-diameter drainage pipelines in the central urban area while maintaining normal drainage operations.This process involves the assembly of rigid PVC custom segments into rings within the pipeline,followed by grouting behind the wall to form a lining.This method effectively addresses the challenges posed by high traffic volumes and limited construction workspace in urban drainage pipeline repairs.The study and application of this technique offer valuable insights for similar projects.
