历史保护建筑的原状加固及复原施工技术研究

摘　　要：为解决保护历史建筑原状保护部位的稳定性、安全性以及外立面复原问题,依托上海黄浦区露香园一期工程B2地块项目,详细探讨了针对历史建筑的原状保护加固及复原技术。通过对原状保护结构进行临时加固、与新建结构的整体浇筑、拆卸留存原建筑构件等一系列技术措施,将保护历史建筑的历史风貌安全并完整地展现出来,可为今后类似工程提供有益的借鉴。This research discusses in detail the reinforcement and restoration techniques for historical buildings,focusing on the stability,safety,and facade restoration of structures preserved in their original state.The study is based on the B2 block project of Luxiangyuan Phase I in Huangpu District,Shanghai.A series of techniques were implemented,including temporary reinforcement of the original structures,integral pouring with new structures,and the disassembly and retention of original building components.These measures ensure the historical features of the buildings are preserved and fully exhibited,providing valuable references for similar future projects.
