摘　　要：聚焦上海里弄街区文保建筑的保护修缮和有效利用,针对从民居建筑到文教、展示类建筑的功能转变设计难度大,里弄街区类文保建筑的保护手段落后,对功能提升技术措施匮乏等问题,研究里弄街区历史风貌保护、功能提升、结构改造等修缮保护方面的关键技术,探索里弄街区保护更新新模式,以文物建筑的活化利用,助力人民精神文明建设,推动文物建筑保护与教育事业、经济社会协调发展。Focusing on the conservation and activation of cultural buildings in Shanghai’s Lane block,challenges in transforming functions from residential to cultural,educational,and exhibition buildings are addressed.It identifies outdated protection methods and a shortage of functional enhancement techniques within the district's conservation practices.Key techniques for preserving historical aesthetics,enhancing functionality,and structural remodeling are examined.A new model for conserving and revitalizing the lane block is explored,leveraging the revitalization of cultural relics to support the development of spiritual civilization and promote coordinated growth between cultural heritage protection and socio-economic activities.
