摘 要:暴露在室外的石质构件,历经岁月沧桑,容易受到不同程度的破坏。通过上海黄浦江畔约113年的红楼案例,对石质构件的保护修缮进行了体系性研究:前期搭建数字孪生平台,采用一系列数字化技术对石质构件进行勘察、检测,并将得到的数据与石质构件本体关联;通过科学的数据,配置合适的修复材料;再根据每一种劣化因素,采取分级、分类的方法,既针对石质构件本体采取修复措施,又考虑其所处的微环境进行增强处理。经过有效的综合治理,对症下药,从根本上达到保护目的。Outdoor stone components are susceptible to various degrees of damage over time.This paper systematically studies the protection and repair of stone components using the case of the Red Mansion on the banks of the Huangpu River in Shanghai,which has stood for approximately 113 years.Initially,a digital twin platform is constructed,and a series of digital techniques are employed to survey and assess the stone components,linking the acquired data with the physical elements.Appropriate repair materials are formulated based on scientific data.A grading and classification method is adopted for each deterioration factor,addressing both the restoration of the stone components and the enhancement of their microenvironment.Through effective comprehensive treatment tailored to specific conditions,the primary goal of protection is achieved.
