清水砖外墙修缮技术在优秀历史建筑群保护中的实践与应用

摘　　要：清水砖墙作为上海优秀历史建筑外立面的典型特征,其保护修缮质量直接决定了建筑的历史风貌和耐久性。由于工期、成本、修缮工艺及工人的技术水平等问题,现有清水墙的修缮方式相对机械、单一,对材质、肌理及耐久性等方面的考虑比较欠缺。依托清水墙修缮工程,给出了清水砖墙劣化类型及成因,制定了各劣化情况下的针对性修缮方法,并对修缮流程及关键修缮技术要点进行了剖析,最后在杨树浦路670项目中开展了工程实践应用研究,以期为历史建筑群清水砖外墙修缮提供实践指导及经验参考。Fair-faced brick walls,quintessential to the facades of Shanghai's notable historical buildings,critically influence their historical appearance and durability.Challenges such as timelines,costs,repair techniques,and worker skill levels render current repair methods for fair-faced walls mechanical and simplistic,often neglecting material texture and durability.Relying on a renovation project of fair-faced walls,types and causes of deterioration in fair-faced brick walls are given,targeted repair methods for various deterioration scenarios are devised,and repair process and essential technique details are analyzed.Practical application is demonstrated in the engineering project on Yangshupu Road 670,aiming to guide and inform the repair of historical building groups'fair-faced brick exteriors.
