摘　　要：以中国驻美国大使馆公寓楼改造项目为研究背景,参照美国当地倡导的“外墙保护主义”原则,采用原位保护的方式,通过对该建筑在拆、改、建过程中需要保留的具有历史价值的外墙体进行保护、连接、修缮等技术研究,使新建筑在外观上保留了原有历史风貌,也为中国的相关近现代历史建筑物保护性改造提供经验。The renovation of the apartment building at the Chinese Embassy in the United States is used as the study context,referencing the"exterior wall protectionism"principle advocated locally.During the demolition,renovation,and construction phases,in-situ protection methods were employed to safeguard,connect,and repair the historically valuable exterior walls that needed to be preserved.This approach ensures that the new building retains its original historical appearance and provides valuable insights for the protective renovation of modern historical buildings in China.
