摘　　要：石库门里弄住宅是近现代重要史迹及沪上代表性建筑,展示着特定时期城市文化的沉淀。以上海市南市区图书馆旧址工程为例,采用槽钢内撑外拉的方式对整体结构进行了加固,利用既有建筑整体移位技术对该砖-木混合结构进行了顶升和平移,采用位移传感器监测了结构在平移过程中关键部位的位移响应;采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了上海市南市区图书馆旧址工程的整体有限元模型,得到了结构在顶升、平移过程中关键部位的位移响应,并将模拟结果与实际位移监测结果进行了对比;基于验证的有限元模型,开展了参数分析研究,分析了顶升和平移速率及地面平整度对结构位移响应的影响,评估了结构的受力和安全状态。研究可为城市更新中历史建筑的整体移位技术提供参考。Shikumen Lane Residences are recognized as significant historical sites of the modern era and serve as representative buildings in Shanghai,reflecting the city's cultural legacy from a specific period.Taking the old site project of the South City District Library in Shanghai as an example,the entire structure was reinforced using the inner support and outer pull method with channel steel.The brick-wood hybrid structure was jacked and translated utilizing the integral shift technique for existing buildings.Displacement sensors were employed to monitor the displacement response of key structural components during the translation process.Additionally,an overall finite element model of the library site was developed using ABAQUS finite element software to obtain the displacement response of critical parts during the jacking and translation process.These simulation results were compared with actual displacement monitoring data.Based on the validated finite element model,a parameter analysis was conducted to investigate the impact of jacking and translation rates and ground flatness on the structure's displacement response,assessing the structural stress and safety state.The findings provide valuable references for the integral shift technique of historical buildings during urban renewal.
