摘　　要：聚丙烯是三大工程塑料之一,其产品产生的气味会造成环境污染,甚至对人体健康造成危害。本文从丙烯生产精制、丙烯聚合反应、聚丙烯产品加工改性等方面分析了聚丙烯产品异味的来源及原因,并提出解决和改善异味问题的对策,可供聚丙烯产业链参考。聚丙烯产品产生异味主要来源于丙烯杂质及丙烯聚合、聚丙烯产品加工改性过程,提高丙烯精制效果、使用活性更高的聚丙烯催化剂及环境友好的添加剂、改善加工改性产品的异味释放,是有效消除聚丙烯产品异味、提高聚丙烯产品品质的手段。Polypropylene is one of the three major engineering plastics,and its products may have odors that can cause environmental pollution and even harm human health.In this article,the sources and reasons for the odor of polypropylene products is analyzed from the aspects of propylene production refining,propylene polymerization reaction,and polypropylene product processing modification.The countermeasures for solving and improving the odor problem is further proposed,which can provide reference for the polypropylene industry chain.The main sources of odor in polypropylene products are propylene impurities,the process of propylene polymerization,the processing and modification process of polypropylene products.Improving the refining effect of propylene,using more active polypropylene catalysts and environmentally friendly additives,and improving the odor release of processed modified products are effective means to eliminate the odor in polypropylene products,which can improve the quality of polypropylene products.
