摘 要:TiO_(2)具有稳定性好、成本低、容易获取等优点在光电催化领域被人们广泛关注,但同时它的光生电子-空穴对复合率高及对可见光吸收光谱窄等缺点使得它的光催化活性低。本文介绍了TiO_(2)通过添加牺牲剂、金属离子掺杂、阴离子掺杂、暴露特定晶面和与其他半导体形成异质结等方法来提高光催化水解制氢及有机物分解的效率。TiO_(2) has been widely concerned in the field of photocatalysis due to its good stability,low cost and easy access.However,its low photocatalytic activity is due to its high recombination rate of photogenerated electron hole pairs and narrow absorption spectrum of visible light.In this paper,the methods of adding sacrificial agent,metal ion doping,anion doping,exposing specific crystal surface and forming heterojunction with other semiconductors to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic hydrolysis for hydrogen production and organic decomposition are introduced.
