摘 要:采用多元校正技术以线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为研究对象,建立基于近红外光谱即时检测熔融指数的偏最小二乘(PLS)分析模型。光谱预处理方法采用散射校正和Savitzky-Golay(S-G)五点二次平滑一阶卷积求导,主因子数选8,模型校正集熔融指数标准值范围1.67~2.33g/10min,验证集熔融指数标准值范围1.69~2.27g/10min。得到模型校正集决定系数为0.988,校正集均方根误差为0.0182g/10min,交互验证均方根误差为0.0249g/10min,预测均方根误差为0.0284g/10min。验证集样本相对误差在-2.42%~1.14%之间,标准偏差在0.0043~0.0076g/10min之间,相对标准偏差在0.19%~0.44%之间,标准偏差及相对标准偏差均小于标准参考值,对聚烯烃产品质量控制和在线检测技术推广具有重要意义。The characteristic peaks of polyolefin near-infrared spectroscopy are not obvious,and there is a phenomenon of spectral drift.A partial least squares(PLS)analysis model based on near-infrared spectroscopy for real-time detection of Melt flow index was established by us-ing multivariate correction technology with linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)as the research object.Spectral pre-processing method adopts scattering correction and Savitzky-Golay five point quadratic smoothing first order convolution to derive,the number of main factors is 8,the stan-dard value range of model correction set Melt flow index is 1.67~2.33 g/10 min,and the standard value range of verification set Melt flow index is 1.69~2.27 g/10 min.Results:The Coefficient of determination of the model correction set is 0.988,the Root-mean-square deviation of the correc-tion set is 0.0182 g/10 min,the Root-mean-square deviation of the interactive verification is 0.0249 g/10 min,and the prediction Root-mean-square deviation is 0.0284 g/10 min.The relative error of the validation set samples is between-2.42%and 1.14%,the standard deviation is between 0.0043 g/10 min and 0.0076 g/10 min,and the relative standard deviation is between 0.19%and 0.44%.Both the standard deviation and relative standard deviation are less than the standard reference value,which is of great significance for the quality control of polyolefin products and the promotion of online detection technology.
