摘  要:采用次氯酸钙氧化处理含乙二醇丁醚废水,研究了反应pH、反应温度、次氯酸钙用量和反应时间对乙二醇丁醚氧化降解效果的影响,并且探讨了氧化降解机理。研究结果表明最优工艺条件为:反应pH值为5、反应温度为50℃、次氯酸钙用量为2%、反应时间为180min。在该条件下出水COD可降低68.6%,TOC去除率为41.5%。出水有机成分分析表明,乙二醇丁醚逐步断链、脱碳、加氯,分解为较短碳链氯代烯烃、醇类等中间产物,最终被降解为CO_(2)和H_(2)O。The oxidative degradation of wastewater containing ethylene glycol butyl ether was performed using calcium hypochlorite as oxidant,in which the influence of reaction pH,reaction temperature,calcium hypochlorite dosage,and reaction time on the degradation efficiency of ethylene glycol butyl ether was investigated.The research results indicate that the optimal conditions are:reaction pH 5,reaction temperature 50℃,calcium hypochlorite dosage 2%and reaction time 180 minutes.Under these conditions,the effluent COD can be reduced by 68.6%,and the TOC removal rate is 41.5%.Through analysis of the organic components in the effluent,ethylene glycol butyl ether was gradually degraded into shorter chain chlorinated olefins,alcohols and other intermediate products via chain breakage,decarburization and chlorination reactions.These intermediate products were subsequently degraded into CO_(2) and H_(2)O.
