摘  要:采用全谱直读光谱法测定了钛合金中铝、硅、铁、钒、钼、铌、锆等元素的含量,通过筛选分析谱线以避免干扰、选择合适的通道及调整仪器的工作参数,建立了一种快速、准确的分析方法。结果表明:7种元素测定结果准确度在98.60%~102.20%之间,RSD值均小于5.0%;各元素检出限均小于0.003%;精密度的RSD值均小于5.0%。该方法简便、快捷,可以实现钛合金中以上7种元素的准确快速测定。The content of aluminum,silicon,iron,vanadium,molybdenum,niobium,zirconium and other elements in titanium alloys are de-termined by full-spectrum direct reading spectroscopy.The spectral interference of the analysis line is corrected,the working parameters of the in-strument are adjusted,and the different channels are adjusted.A set of fast and accurate analysis methods was established through exploration of conditions such as the selection of products.The results showed that the accuracy of the determination results of the seven elements was between 98.60%and 102.20%,and the RSD values were all less than 5.0%;the detection limits of each element were all less than 0.003%;the precision RSD values were all less than 5.0%.The method is simple and fast,and can realize the accurate and rapid determination of the above seven elements in the titanium alloy.
