摘  要:近年来,利用微生物菌剂处理土壤污染逐渐成为研究热点,但在实际应用中,在多数研究菌剂以中温菌为主,在低温下容易失去活性。对于季节更替温差较大的地域或常年处于寒冷条件下的地区,有必要研究耐低温菌剂来应对这种环境干扰。本文综述了微生物菌剂的制备条件及国内外低温菌剂治理环境污染的进展,提出将菌剂的安全性评估作为发展微生物菌剂的首要因素,为未来低温环境中冷适应微生物菌剂的发展与施用创造良好前提。In recent years,the use of microbial inoculants in soil pollution has gradually become a research hotspot,but in practical appli-cations,most studies are mainly mesophilic,which easily lose their activity at low temperature.For areas with large temperature difference between seasons or areas under cold conditions all year round,it is necessary to study cold-adapted microbial agents to cope with this environmental distur-bance.This paper reviews the preparation conditions of microbial agents and the progress of remediation of microbial agents in cold environmental pollution at home and abroad,proposes the safety assessment should be considered firstly,creates a good premise for the development and applica-tion of cold-adapted microbial agents in low-temperature environment in the future.
