摘 要:针对古城煤矿主通风机运行效率低、故障率高、能耗高的问题,在分析主通风机故障原因和监控系统关键参数的基础上,设计一套主通风机监控系统,并进行总体框架设计、结构设计、硬件和软件设计。实现了主通风机故障自动报警、风量自动调节、自动启停等功能。应用结果表明,该系统能够及时发现运行故障,降低能耗,并减少运维人员的投入,对实现矿井生产降本增效具有重要意义。In response to the issues of low operational efficiency,high failure rate,and high energy consumption of the main ventil in Gu-cheng Coal Mine,a set of main ventilator monitoring and control system was designed based on the analysis of the causes of main ventilator failures and key parameters of the monitoring and control system.The overall framework design,structural design,hardware,and software design were car-ried out.The system realizes functions such as automatic fault alarm,automatic wind volume adjustment,and automatic start-stop of the main ven-tilator.Application results show that the system can timely detect operational failures,reduce energy consumption,and decrease the input of mainte-nance personnel,which is of great significance for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in coal mine production.
