摘 要:本文致力于解决某油田水洗罐及低压火炬系统运行中的问题。随着水洗罐操作温度提高,出现了低低压火炬产生黑烟、水洗罐操作压力升高等异常情况。通过现场调查和原因分析,发现问题主要源于火炬管线存在液袋和低点排凝设置不合理。文章描述了现场流程,指出了操作温度升高导致的问题,并通过原因分析,揭示了问题的本质。为解决问题,提出了一系列措施,包括设置临时管线排空积液、增加压力平衡管线、提高管道保温效果。经过实施这些解决措施后,装置运行状况良好,水洗罐操作压力得以控制在正常范围内。本文为类似问题提供了实际有效的解决方案,为油田地面工程设施的在线优化和整改提供了有益的经验。This paper addresses operational issues in a specific oil field related to the wash water tank and low-low-pressure flare system.With the increase in the operational temperature of the wash water tank,anomalies such as the generation of black smoke in the low-low-pressure flare system and an elevation in the operational pressure of the wash water tank have emerged.Through on-site investigations and root cause analyses,it was determined that the primary issues stem from the presence of liquid pockets in the flare pipeline and the inadequate configuration of the low-point condensate drainage.The paper delineates the on-site processes,highlighting the problems arising from the elevated operational temperature.The root cause analysis reveals that the increased operational temperature leads to higher water content and recombination in the venting gas,contributing significantly to the black smoke phenomenon.To address these issues,a series of measures were proposed,including the installation of a temporary pipeline for liquid drainage,the addition of a pressure balancing pipeline,and enhancement of pipeline insulation.Following the implementation of these solutions,the operational status of the facility improved significantly,and the operational pressure of the wash water tank was successfully maintained within the normal range.This paper provides practical and effective solutions for similar issues,offering valuable insights for the online optimization and rectification of surface engineering facilities in oil fields.
