摘 要:运用循环水系统智慧模拟软件,在此基础上针对某煤化工厂180万吨/年DMTO循环冷却水系统进行建模,通过调节支路管线直径、增添阀门及改变换热设备型号等方式对14台换热设备的冷却水进水量进行调节,使冷却水冷量分配均匀,管网水力失调现象基本消除;在满足换热管网换热要求的同时,使进入冷却水管网的循环水流量由原来的9000.23 t/h降低至7578.54 t/h,减少约1500 t/h,降低15.8%,每年可节约运行费用为234.56万元,经济效益显著。Using the intelligent simulation software of circulating water system,on this basis,the 1.8 million tons/year DMTO circulating cooling water system of a coal chemical plant was modeled,and the cooling water inlet of 14 heat exchange equipment was adjusted by adjusting the diameter of branch pipelines,adding valves and changing the model of heat exchange equipment,so that the cooling water cooling capacity was evenly distributed,and the hydraulic imbalance of the pipe network was basically eliminated.While meeting the heat exchange requirements of the heat exchange pipe network,the cooling water flow into the cooling water pipe network is reduced from the original 9000.23 t/h to 7578.54 t/h,which is reduced by about 1500 t/h,which is reduced by 15.8%,and the annual operating cost can be saved by 2.3456 million yuan,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
