摘 要:抽水蓄能需求空间分析是指导和规范抽水蓄能规划、建设的基础工作。依据电力系统电源扩展优化的理论和方法,对贵州电网电力市场空间、调峰容量平衡以及电力电量平衡分析计算,得出2030年贵州电网抽水蓄能电站合理需求规模约为8000 MW,具有较大发展空间。未来,随着风电、光伏大规模、高比例地接入贵州电网,电网调峰及新能源消纳将面临较大压力,加快贵州省抽水蓄能建设步伐,对于优化能源结构、构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统具有重要意义。Spatial demand analysis is the basic work to guide and standardize the planning and construction of pumped storage plants.According to the theory and method of power system expansion optimization,the power market space,peak load regulation balance and balance of electric power and energy of Guizhou power grid were analyzed and calculated.It is concluded that the reasonable demand of pumped storage plants in Guizhou power grid in 2030 was about 8000MW,which had a large development space.In the future,with the large-scale and high proportion of wind power and photovoltaic connected to Guizhou power grid,it will face the great pressure of power grid peak regulation and new energy consumption.Therefore,accelerating the development of pumped storage plant in Guizhou Province has great significance to optimize the energy structure and construct a new power system based on new energy.
