摘　　要：为提高工程建设管理效率和信息化水平,卫河建管局在卫河干流(淇门—徐万仓)治理工程中运用了基于人工智能、云计算和物联网的云视频监控系统,监督工程进度和施工安全,其中人工智能识别功能可自动识别工程现场中未佩戴安全帽等不符合安全生产操作规范的安全隐患,有助于加强工程安全管理;依托盐土庄和小河口新建微波通信铁塔,将智能摄像头置于云端,便于查看河道实时水位和观察蓄滞洪区洪水情况。该系统应用很好地诠释了围绕工程质量提升、安全风险防范和投资效益增值,强化科技赋能和驱动创新发展。运用先进科学技术和信息化手段对水利工程进行远程监督,实现工程良好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to improve the efficiency and informatization level of engineering construction management,the Weihe River Construction Management Bureau has used a cloud video surveillance system based on artificial intelligence,cloud computing and the Internet of Things in the Weihe River governance project to supervise the progress of the project and construction safety.The artificial intelligence recognition function could automatically identify the safety hazards in the engineering site such as not wearing the helmet,and it was helpful to strengthen the safety management of the project.Relying on the new microwave communication tower in Yantuzhuang and Xiaohekou,the intelligent camera was linked to the cloud,which was convenient to view the real-time water level of the river and observe the flood situation in the flood detention area.This system well explained the improvement of engineering quality,safety risk prevention and value-added investment benefits,and strengthened the science and technology empowerment and innovation-driven development.The use of advanced science and technology and information technology to carry out remote supervision of water conservancy projects can achieve good economic and social benefits.
