摘 要:当河道行洪排涝不畅时,下游河道将面临巨大的洪水灾害风险。为了解决影响河道行洪排涝的问题,确保河道行洪安全,需要对河道行洪排涝能力进行分析。因此提出基于ArcGIS的河道行洪排涝问题分析及优化。以山东省聊城市为研究对象,首先收集遥感影像与行政区划数据,并以此为基础,采用ArcGIS软件进行数据处理和信息提取,同时勾绘出问题图斑范围。然后通过现场调查核实,进一步完善矢量数据,并制作问题清单,提出处理方法的建议。最后上传问题图斑,按照处理方法积极整改并通过检查确保合格,最终获取成果图件。期望本研究为河道洪涝调查与有效处置提供参考,提高城市的防洪排涝能力,减少洪涝灾害对人民生命财产的威胁,保障社会经济的安全稳定发展。When the river flood control and drainage are not smooth,the downstream river will face huge flood disaster risks.In order to solve the problems that affect river flood control and drainage and ensure the safety of river flood control and drainage,it is necessary to analyze the river flood control and drainage capacity.Therefore,river flood control and drainage based on ArcGIS were analyzed and optimized.Taking Liaocheng City,Shandong Province as the research object,this paper first collected remote sensing images and administrative division data.On this basis,the paper used ArcGIS software for data processing and information extraction while delineating the range of spots with problems.Then,through on-site investigation and verification,the paper further improved the vector data,created a problem list,and proposed processing methods.Finally,the paper uploaded the spot images with problems,actively rectified them according to the processing methods,and ensured compliance through inspection,ultimately obtaining the resulting image.This paper aims to provide a reference for the investigation and effective disposal of river floods,improve the flood control and drainage capacity of cities,reduce the threat of flood disasters to people′s lives and property,and ensure the safe and stable development of the social economy.
