摘 要:利用直读光谱仪、万能试验机、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等设备,分析研究了针布用钢线材82B和82NbV的差异,探明了铌钒微合金化对高碳针布钢82B性能的影响。结果表明:基于82B成分基础上添加0.1%V和0.02%Nb,采用斯泰尔摩冷却,吐丝温度控制在900℃,辊道速度0.9 m/s,风冷时保证相变温度在600℃以上,线材的抗拉强度能从1180 MPa提高到1260 MPa,珠光体实际晶粒度从8级提高到9.5级,珠光体组织片层间距从150 nm缩小到100 nm,同时析出大量的(Nb,V)(C,N)的析出物,尺寸约115 nm。由于Nb、V微合金的添加降低索氏体相变温度、细化晶粒同时细化索氏体片层间距,提高了钢丝拉拔加工硬化能力,通过Nb、V微合金的合理匹配,提高了针布钢丝的表面硬度和细化了钢丝组织的晶粒度,最终实现了成品针布的高耐磨性。Using direct reading spectrometers,universal testing machines,metallographic microscope and scan-ning electron microscope and other equipment,the differences between 82B and 82NbV of steel wire for needle cloth were analyzed and studied,and the influence of niobium-vanadium microalloying on the performance of high-carbon needle cloth steel 82B was investigated.The results show that:based on the addition of 0.1%V and 0.02%Nb based on 82B compositions,with Steyrmo cooling,the spitting temperature is controlled at 900℃,the roller speed is 0.9 m/s,and the phase transition temperature is above 600 degrees Celsius when air-cooled,the tensile strength of the wire can be increased from 1180 MPa to 1260 MPa.The actual grain size of pearlite has been in-creased from level 8 to level 9.5.The layer spacing of pearlite tissue has been reduced from 150 nm to 100 nm.At the same time,a large number of(Nb、V)(C、N)precipitates are precipitated,the size is about 115 nm.Due to the addition of Nb and V,the Sorheitian phase transition temperature is reduced,the grains are refined,and the Sowrite sheet spacing is improved,and the hardening ability of steel wire drawing processing is improved.Through the rea-sonable matching of Nb and V,the surface hardness of the needle cloth steel wire is improved and the grain size of the steel wire structure is refined,and the high wear resistance of the finished needle cloth is finally realized.
