封边对真空玻璃传热性能影响研究

摘  要:通过理论计算、有限元模拟及实验验证,研究了不同封边材料及封边宽度对真空玻璃边部传热性能的影响。结果表明:封边宽度相同时,低玻粉和金属材料封边部分的传热系数基本一致。然而,封边宽度变化对真空玻璃整体传热性能影响较大。对封边宽度为8mm和14mm的真空玻璃70系列断桥铝整窗进行传热系数模拟,封边宽度8mm的真空玻璃整窗传热系数比封边宽度14mm的真空玻璃整窗传热系数低0.1W/(m^(2)·K),即封边较窄的真空玻璃整窗保温性能更好。The influence of different sealing materials and edge widths on heat transfer performance of vacuum glass edge was studied by theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and experimental verification.The results show that the heat transfer coefficients of low glass powder and metal material are basically the same when the edge width is the same.However,the change of edge width has a great influence on the overall heat transfer performance of vacuum glass.The heat transfer coefficient of vacuum glass 70 series broken bridge aluminum window with edge width of 8 mm and 14 mm was simulated.The heat transfer coefficient of vacuum glass window with edge width of 8 mm was 0.1W/(m^(2)·K)lower than that of vacuum glass window with edge width of 14 mm,that is,the heat preservation performance of vacuum glass window with narrow edge was better.
