摘　　要：宽体退火窑是与宽体压延线相配套的退火设备,其结构与普通宽度的退火窑基本相同,但由于原板宽度较大,在壳体宽度、辊子长度、温度监控系统、电加热系统、冷却风系统和退火工艺等方面存在一些差异,对宽体压延线退火窑及常见问题进行了分析,并提出了一些对策方法,为提高宽体压延玻璃退火质量提供参考。The wide body annealing kiln is an annealing equipment that is matched with the wide body rolling line.Its structure is basically the same as that of a regular width annealing kiln,but due to the large width of the original plate,there are some differences in the shell width,roller length,temperature monitoring system,electric heating system,cooling air system,and annealing process.This article analyzes the common problems of the wide body rolling line annealing kiln and proposes some countermeasures to provide reference for improving the annealing quality of wide body rolling glass.
