摘　　要：深入剖析了“好人主义”在企业安全管理中的表现、危害、成因,并提出了针对性的解决措施。强调了摒弃“好人主义”对于保障企业安全生产、维护职工生命财产安全以及促进企业可持续发展的重要性和紧迫性。A thorough analysis was conducted on the manifestations,harm,causes,and countermeasures of"good manners"in enterprise safety management.It stresses the importance and urgency of abandoning"good manners"in ensuring enterprise safe production,safeguarding the lives and property of employees,and promoting sustainable development of enterprises.
