摘  要:研究富硒土壤硒的分异特征对贵州富硒农业开发具有重要意义。本文以黔西南二叠纪煤系地层和遵义寒武纪黑色岩系地层中发育的黄壤为研究对象,对土壤的总硒含量、硒的形态分布、有效硒含量及影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,黑色岩系和煤系地层发育黄壤的总硒平均含量分别为0.76 mg/kg和0.99 mg/kg;两种地层发育黄壤中的硒元素(Se)以有机结合态、残渣态和铁锰氧化物结合态为主;有效硒平均含量分别为67.2μg/kg和71.8μg/kg,分别占其总硒的8.57%和6.98%,包括水溶态、可交换态及碳酸盐结合态的有效硒供给水平很低。黑色岩系地层发育的黄壤总体呈酸性(pH均值为5.88),其有效硒含量主要受有机质影响;煤系地层发育的黄壤总体呈中性(pH均值6.84),其有效硒含量主要受pH影响。黑色岩系和煤系地层发育的黄壤,其影响硒有效性的因素有显著差异。因此,在发展富硒农业时需因地制宜。Studying the differentiation characteristics of selenium(Se)in Se-rich soils is of great significance to promoting Se-rich agriculture in Guizhou Province.This study took yellow soils developed from the Permian coal seam in southwestern Guizhou and the Cambrian black rock layer in Zunyi as the research object,and studied the total content,the chemical speciation and the available content of Se in these soils,as well as their influencing factors.The results showed that the average total contents of Se in yellow soils developed from the black shale formation and the coal-bearing formation were 0.76 mg/kg and 0.99 mg/kg,respectively.The organic bound state,residual state and Fe-Mn oxide bound state were the main forms of Se in these yellow soils.The average bioavailable Se contents in yellow soil developed from black shale formation and yellow soil developed from coal bearing formation were 67.2μg/kg and 71.8μg/kg,respectively,accounting for only 8.57%and 6.98%of their total Se content.Plant-available Se in soil,including Se in the water-soluble,exchangeable,and carbonate-bound states was very low.In addition,the yellow soil developed from the black shale formation was generally acidic(average pH 5.88),and its bioavailable Se was mainly affected by organic matter;the yellow soil developed from the coal-bearing formation was generally neutral(average pH 6.84),and its bioavailable Se was mainly affected by soil pH.The affecting factors for Se availability in the two types of Se-rich yellow soils are significantly different.Therefore,the development of Se-rich agriculture needs to be adapted to local conditions.
