摘　　要：当前,公立医院的绩效管理普遍存在体系建设不完善、分配模式落后、指标设置不科学、信息数据碎片化等问题。样本医院以高质量发展为导向,结合自身实际,制定了精细化绩效管理方案,包括调研与方案、沟通与考核、分析与反馈、优化与调整等实现路径;新的绩效方案运行后,医院运营效率和医务人员满意度得以提升,绩效管理的真正价值得以体现。At present,there are some problems in the performance management of public hospitals,such as imperfect system construction,backward distribution mode,unscientific index setting,and fragmentation of information data.Guided by high-quality development,the sample hospital has developed a refined performance management program based on its own actual situation,including research and program,communication and assessment,analysis and feedback,optimization and adjustment,and other implementation paths.After the implementation of the new performance program,the operation efficiency of the hospital and the satisfaction of medical personnel have been improved,and the true value of performance management has been reflected.
