摘 要:介绍了局部定点加固技术的原理和优势,开发了可回收式封隔装置、高压密封钻杆等关键配套设备,开展了封隔装置坐封/解封试验和钻杆耐压验证性试验,形成了局部定点加固工艺与装备,并在郭家河煤矿通过了工业性试验。试验结果表明,在高位钻孔钻遇破碎带,施工期间完成了3个钻孔局部定点加固试验,注浆加固后,二次透孔未发生塌孔憋泵现象,保障了钻孔成孔性。The principle and advantages of local fixed-point reinforcement technology were introduced,and the key supporting equipment such as the recyclable packer and the high-pressure sealing drill pipe were developed.At the same time,the sealing/unsealing test of packer and the pressure resistance verification test of drill pipe were carried out,so that the local fixed-point reinforcement technology and equipment were formed,and the industrial test was passed in Guojiahe Coal Mine.The test results showed that there was a fracture zone during high-level drilling,so the local fixed-point reinforcement test for three drilling holes in this zone was completed during the construction period.After grouting reinforcement,the phenomenon of hole collapse and pump blocking did not occur in the secondary drilling,which ensured the hole-forming of drilling.
