摘  要:填充率是回转类设备传动功率的重要影响因素之一,通常回转类设备的传动功率是在填充率为10%~30%的条件下进行计算,而针对填充率为50%以上的功率计算方法以及填充率变化规律特点的分析甚少。基于此,通过对不同填充率梯度下相关参数的影响分析,总结了大填充率的功率计算方法,并在某垃圾处理项目上对发酵窑传动功率进行了计算和校验。该研究对其他回转类设备在大填充率下的传动功率计算具有指导意义。The filling rate is one of the important factors affecting the transmission power of rotary equipment.Usually,the transmission power of rotary equipment is calculated under the filling rate of 10%~30%.However,there is little analysis on the power calculation method and the characteristics of filling rate change when the filling rate is more than 50%.Based on this,in this paper,the power calculation method of high filling rate was summarized by analyzing the influence of relevant parameters under different filling rate gradients,and the transmission power of fermentation kiln was calculated and verified on a garbage disposal project.This research had a guiding significance for the calculation of transmission power of other rotary equipment under high filling rate.
