摘 要:大型半自磨机因选配钢球直径大、线速度高而受到大冲击载荷,导致半自磨机衬板开裂概率增加,有效使用寿命降低。以某铜矿φ11 m半自磨机衬板结构的演化和使用情况为研究对象,对比研究了筒体衬板结构对衬板使用情况的影响。研究结果表明,衬板材质和工艺参数基本稳定时,衬板寿命的提升主要依赖于衬板结构和金属量的增加;对提升面角进行合理优化,可以提高金属利用率,降低衬板断裂概率,在运行初期快速提升磨机台效。The large SAG mill was impacted by the large load due to the large diameter and the high linear speed of the selected steel ball,which increased the cracking probability of the liner of the SAG mill and decreased its effective service life.Taking the structure evolution and the use of liner ofφ11 m SAG mill in a copper mine as the research object,the influence of shell liner structures on the use of liner was compared and studied.The research showed that when the material and process parameters of the liner were stable,the improvement of the life of the liner mainly depended on the liner structure and the increase of the amount of metal.Meanwhile,reasonable optimization of the lifting face angle could improve the metal utilization rate,reduce the probability of liner fracture and quickly improve the mill efficiency in the early stage of operation.
