摘 要:为研究立式搅拌磨机代替高压辊磨机后一段球磨机工艺节能高效性,对某钼矿石样品采用高压辊磨+立式搅拌磨工艺,进行节能效果的试验研究。试验工况为高压辊磨闭路产品,传递粒度F100为3 mm和5 mm,给入立式搅拌磨,立式搅拌磨闭路系统磨矿细度为P80=84μm。试验结果表明,高压辊磨+立式搅拌磨工艺是可行的;相对球磨机,立式搅拌磨机节能达14.9%~19.5%,工艺系统节能达12.1%~15.5%;较粗的高压辊磨机产品直接进入立式搅拌磨机是可行的,立式搅拌磨可以取代球磨机进行一段磨矿的粗磨作业。In order to study the energy-saving efficiency of the process after the vertical stirring mill replacing ball mill for the first-stage grinding,the HPGR+CSM process was adopted for a molybdenum ore sample to conduct the test on the energy-saving effect.The test condition was to feed HPGR closed-circuit products,with the transmission granularity F_(100)of 3 mm and 5 mm,into a vertical stirring mill.The grinding fineness of the closed-circuit system of the vertical stirring mill was P_(80)=84μm.The test results indicated that the HPGR+CSM process was feasible.By comparing with ball mills,vertical stirring mills could save energy by 14.9%to 19.5%,and the process system could save energy by 12.1%to 15.5%.It was feasible to directly feed the HPGR coarser products into the vertical stirring mill which could replace the ball mill for coarse grinding operation in the first-stage grinding.
