摘　　要：针对当前大负载回转装置主要依靠电动调节来调整回转角度,一旦设备发生故障或停电,回转装置将无法进行回转的问题,设计一种双驱大负载回转装置。该装置由摇架、托架、防盾、高低机和蜗轮箱组成,实现了电动和手摇两种方式控制管道的回转角度。结果表明:该装置具有操作简单、精度高和灵敏性强等优点,能够通过电动和手摇两种方式控制管道的回转角度,并保证了调整角度的精确性,反应的灵敏性,避免了管道角度矫正偏差造成的精度问题。In view of the problem that the existing large-load rotating device mainly relies on electric adjustment to adjust the rotation angle and the rotating device will not be able to rotate in the event of equipment faults or power outage,a dual-drive large-load rotating device is designed.The device consists of a cradle,a bracket,a shield,an elevating machine and a worm gear box,which realizes the control of the rotation angle of the pipeline by both electric and hand crank means.The results show that the device has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and strong sensitivity,can control the rotation angle of the pipeline by both electric and hand crank means,ensure the accuracy of angle adjustment and sensitivity of response and avoid accuracy problems caused by the deviation of the pipeline angle correction.
