摘　　要：针对现行在用自动扶梯附加制动器存在动作设置频繁、缺少链条检测的不足,提出一种新型附加制动器装置。新型自动扶梯附加制动器装置能够采集来自自动扶梯扶手带或梯级的运行速度,当超速或逆转时能够实现电磁控制棘爪勾住驱动轮内嵌的棘轮完成制动;同时,附加制动器还设计了一套驱动链条检测装置,当检测到驱动链条发生松弛、断裂时,会带动机械连杆装置动作电气开关完成制停。新型附加制动器装置能够节省空间,提高乘坐安全性。In view of the shortcomings of frequent action settings and lack of chain detection in the existing auxiliary brakes for escalators,a new type of auxiliary brake device is proposed.The new auxiliary brake device for escalators can collect the running speed from the escalator handrails or steps,and when over speed or reverse occurs,it can realize electromagnetic control of the pawl to hook the ratchet embedded in the drive wheel to complete the braking.At the same time,a set of drive chain detection devices designed for the auxiliary brake,and when the drive chain is detected to be loose or broken,it will drive the mechanical linkage to activate the electrical switch to complete the braking and stopping.The new auxiliary brake device can save space and improve ride safety.
