摘  要:纯机械式垂钻系统具有制造成本低、耐高温、组装简单、可靠性高等优点,而且不含有任何电子设备。纯机械式垂钻系统适用于深井以及超深井、高陡高斜等地层,为钻具始终垂直钻进带来新的技术突破,满足了现代钻井技术对井斜的控制要求。从纯机械式垂钻系统的纠斜原理出发,研究上下双偏重块在纯机械式垂钻系统纠斜过程中的作用,为纯机械式垂钻系统提高纠斜精度提供新的思路。The fully mechanical vertical drilling system has the advantages of low manufacturing costs,high-temperature resistance,simple assembly and high reliability,and does not contain any electronic equipment.The fully mechanical vertical drilling system is applicable to deeps wells,ultra-deep wells and highly steep and slope strata,brings a new technological breakthrough for the drilling tools to drill vertically all the time and meets the requirements of modern drilling technology for well inclination control.Starting from the inclination correction principle of the fully mechanical vertical drilling system,the role of the upper and lower eccentric blocks in the inclination correction process of the fully mechanical vertical drilling system is studied,which provides new ideas for the fully mechanical vertical drilling system to improve the accuracy of inclination correction.
