摘 要:为了保证聚合物背板质量,需要测量其表面双层涂层厚度,通过筛选分析,选择超声脉冲回波法。由于超声回波受基材性质、涂层厚度、涂层界面及涂层体系的影响,不同超声测厚设备接收回波和处理信号的能力不同,所以需要对超声波探伤仪、超声波测厚仪及超声波涂层测厚仪测厚能力进行判定。按照标准GB/T 37361—2019/ISO/TS 19397:2015《漆膜厚度的测定超声波测厚仪法》测量,描述试验过程,对试验结果进行分析。试验结果表明,只有超声波涂层测厚仪能够准确测量聚合物背板涂层厚度,满足生产要求,也对以非金属材质为基底的涂层测厚有一定的指导意义。To ensure the quality of polymer backsheets,it is necessary to measure the thickness of the double-layer coatings on their surfaces,and the ultrasonic pulseecho method is selected through screening and analysis.Due to the influence of substrate nature,coating thickness,coating interface and coating system on ultrasonic echoes and the different ability of different ultrasonic thickness measuring equipment to receive echoes and process signals,it is necessary to determine the thickness measurement ability of ultrasonic flaw detectors,ultrasonic thickness gauges and ultrasonic coating thickness gauges.Measurement is performed in accordance with GB/T37361—2019/ISO/TS 19397:2015Determination of the film thickness—Ultrasonic thickness gauge method,the test process is described,and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that,only the ultrasonic coating thickness gauge can accurately measure the thickness of the polymer backsheet coatings and meet the production requirements,and it has certain guiding significance for thickness measurement of coatings with non-metallic materials as the substrate.
