摘  要:采用有限元软件对输送机刮板进行堆焊过程模拟,选择均匀温度热源模型结合生死单元技术算法,对堆焊过程的温度场和应力场进行分析。均匀温度热源加载下的焊缝温度场显示了随着堆焊层的增加,温度峰值不断增大,温度-时间曲线的变化规律与实际焊接的规律吻合。应力场分析结果表明,多层焊后焊缝厚度方向上的残余应力随着焊接距离的增加,由压应力转变为拉应力,经过中心位置后降低为压应力。模拟参数指导的堆焊试验结果符合技术质量要求。The finite element software is used to simulate the overlay welding process of the conveyor scraper,and a uniform temperature heat source model is selected to combine with the algorithm of element birth and death technology to analyze the temperature field and stress field of the overlay welding process.The temperature field of the weld under uniform temperature heat source loading shows that,with the increase of weld overlays,the temperature peak is increasing,and the change law of the temperature-time curve coincides with the actual welding law.The results of stress field analysis show that the residual stress in the thickness direction of the weld after multilayer welding changes from compressive stress to tensile stress with the increase of welding distance and decreases to compressive stress after passing through the center position.The results of the overlay welding tests guided by the simulation parameters meet the technical quality requirements.
