基于流道分布的液冷防爆摄像机散热性能研究

摘  要:针对需具备耐高温、耐腐蚀和隔爆性能的某舰载系统重要舱室内使用的视频监控设备需求,设计一款液冷防爆摄像机。采用热仿真分析与试验研究相结合的方法综合分析液冷防爆摄像机的散热性能。研究结果表明:强迫液冷起到了很好的散热效果,冷却水的流动带走了环境温度传递导致的以及液冷防爆摄像机内部电子元器件工作产生的绝大部分的热量,且液冷防爆摄像机内部电子元器件的温度值均未超过上限温度。最后,基于液冷防爆摄像机流道口的不同分布情况,对比分析6种进液口与出液口排布方案,找到现有结构下散热性能最优流道口设计方案,并基于研究结果对液冷防爆摄像机结构进行优化设计,优化后的摄像机结构有效地提升了液冷防爆摄像机在高温条件下的散热性能。For the need of video surveillance equipment used in an important cabin of a ship borne system that requires hightemperature resistance,corrosion resistance and explosion proof performance,a liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera is designed.The method of combining thermal simulation analysis and experimental research is used to comprehensively analyze the heat dissipation performance of the liquid-cooled explosionproof camera.The results show that,forced liquid cooling has a good cooling effect,the flow of cooling water takes away the majority of the heat caused by the transfer of ambient temperature and the operation of electronic components inside the liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera,and temperatures of electronic components inside the liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera all have not exceeded the upper limit.Finally,based on different distribution of channels of the liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera,six layout plans for liquid inlets and liquid outlets are compared and analyzed to find the channel design plan with the optimal heat dissipation performance under the existing structure.On the basis of the research results,the structure of the liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera is optimized and designed,and the optimized camera structure effectively improves the heat dissipation performance of the liquid-cooled explosion-proof camera under high-temperature conditions.
