摘  要:建立了单螺栓连接有限元模型,在验证其螺栓预紧力模拟结果合理性的基础上,对液压拉伸法紧固螺栓组的预紧-回弹过程进行有限元模拟,讨论了重复紧固螺栓组过程中螺栓回弹和弹性相互作用规律。结果表明,重复多次紧固的预紧工艺可以减小螺栓组弹性相互作用对预紧力的影响,提高螺栓预紧力和降低螺栓组中不同螺栓的预紧力差值。分析了不同安装次数中的螺栓预紧力变化情况,为液压拉伸法下的螺栓组紧固工艺设定提供参考。A finite element model of single-bolt connection is established,and on the basis of verifying the reasonableness of the simulation results of the bolt preload,finite element simulation is carried out for the pre-tighteningrebound process of tightening the bolt group by hydraulic tensioning method.The law of bolt rebound and elastic interaction in the process of repeated tightening of the bolt group is discussed.The results show that,the pretightening process of repeated tightening can reduce the influence of elastic interaction of the bolt group on the preload,improve the bolt preload and reduce difference in preloads of different bolts in the bolt group.The changes in bolt preloads during different installation times are analyzed,which provides a reference for the setting of bolt group tightening process under hydraulic tensioning method.
