摘  要:辊环是轧钢设备的关键部件,其更换效率直接影响生产线的运行效率。目前辊环拆卸存在劳动强度大和操作复杂的问题,严重影响了更换效率,增加了企业的运营成本。设计一种辊环液压松卸装置,旨在解决传统拆卸方法费时费力的问题。基于传统拆卸方法的特点进行设计与力学分析,并对装置的关键承载零部件进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,该装置的强度与刚度满足要求,具有高效、稳定和安全的特点,为辊环自动更换系统的研发提供了基础。Roll ring is a key component of steel rolling equipment,and its replacement efficiency directly affects the operating efficiency of the production line.At present,the problems of high labor intensity and complicated operation exists in the dismantling of roll rings,which seriously affect the replacement efficiency and increase the operating costs of enterprises.A hydraulic release device is designed for roll rings to solve the problems of time consuming and labor intensity of the traditional dismantling method.The design and mechanical analysis are carried out based on the characteristics of the traditional dismantling method,and finite element analysis is performed on the key load-bearing components of the device.The analysis results show that,the strength and stiffness of the device meet the requirements,and it has the characteristics of high efficiency,stability and safety,which provides a basis for the research and development of the automatic roll ring replacement system.
