摘  要:激光熔覆是一种前沿的表面处理技术,对增强材料表面的耐磨性具有至关重要的作用。激光熔覆已成为优化基体材料表面减摩耐磨性能的关键手段。该技术通过在基体材料表面熔覆高熔点、高硬度的合金或陶瓷粉末,形成一层性能卓越的熔覆层,从而显著提升材料的耐磨、耐腐蚀和抗氧化等特性。概述激光熔覆的基本特性及其当前应用状况,探讨熔覆材料对熔覆层性能的影响,并介绍相关优化工艺。Laser cladding is a cutting-edge surface treatment technology that plays a crucial role in enhancing the wear resistance of material surfaces.In recent years,with the continuous progress of technology,laser cladding has become a key means to optimize the friction reduction and wear resistance of the surface of base materials.This technology is used to coat high melting and high hardness alloy or ceramic powders on the surface of the base material to form a cladding layer with excellent performance,thereby significantly improving the wear resistance,corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the material.The basic characteristics of laser cladding and its current application status are outlined,the influence of cladding materials on the performance of cladding layers is discussed,and relevant optimization processes are introduced.
