摘 要:石油钻机司钻控制室是一个复杂的人-机-环境系统,而司钻控制装备是石油钻机的工作核心,是保障油气顺利开采的关键。简述相关领域人机界面的研究现状,从设计优化、设计评价角度对司钻控制装备人机界面的研究进行分析与归纳。通过对现有司钻控制装备进行调研分析,梳理其人机界面存在的问题,提出司钻控制装备人机界面的人性化布局原则、整体一致性的设计原则,从人-机-环境协同、增强交互性的角度提出司钻控制装备人机界面的设计策略,为石油钻机控制装备人机界面优化提供设计参考。The driller's control room of an oil drilling rig is a complex man-machineenvironment system,and the driller's control equipment is the working core of the oil drilling rig and the key to guarantee successful oil and gas production.The research status of manmachine interfaces in related fields is briefly described,and the research on man-machine interfaces of driller's control equipment is analyzed and summarized from the perspectives of design optimization and design evaluation.Through research and analysis of the existing driller's control equipment,the problems of the man-machine interface are identified,the design principles of user-friendly layout and overall consistency are proposed for the man-machine interface of the driller's control equipment,and the design strategy is proposed for the man-machine interface of the driller's control equipment from the perspectives of man-machineenvironment synergy and interactivity enhancement,which provides a design reference for the optimization of the man-machine interface of the driller's control equipment of oil drilling rigs.
