摘  要:本文以具有二维展开性能和单自由度的建筑表皮为研究对象,探索基于非均匀镶嵌原型生成铰接镶嵌的系统化设计方法。首先,文章分析了单自由度铰接镶嵌在最大展开状态的特征,针对非均匀镶嵌原型添加合适形态的铰接面生成铰接镶嵌,提出了一般性操作方法。其次,针对周期性和非周期性等不同类型的镶嵌进行分类讨论。最后,结合一个概念设计进行应用场景的呈现。本文所提出的方法具有系统性和普适性,能够快速生成大量形态丰富的二维可展开结构,在建筑设计、结构设计、机械设计、工业设计等方面具有应用价值。This paper focuses on architectural fa?ades with two-dimensional expanding capabilities and single degrees of freedom,exploring a systematic design method of generating hinged tessellations based on non-uniform prototype tessellations.Firstly,the paper analyses the characteristics of singledegree-of-freedom hinged tessellations in the fully expanded state.By adding appropriate hinged plates to non-uniform tiling prototypes,a general method for generating hinged tessellations is proposed.Subsequently,different types such as periodic and non-periodic prototypes are classified and discussed.Finally,a conceptual design is presented to reveal the application scenario.The design method proposed in this paper is systematic and universal,and can quickly generate a variety of twodimensional expandable structures with aesthetic expressions.It has significant application value in the fields of architectural design,structural design,mechanical design,industrial design,and so on.
