改性凹凸棒土制备有机颜料黄的研究

摘  要:基于四大工序——凹凸棒土预处理、重氮盐的制备、偶合和后处理,采用改性凹凸棒土制备了有机颜料黄。有机颜料在凹凸棒内部吸附,凹凸棒在外形成保护层,使得颜料的耐晒和耐候性能大幅提高。与此同时,生产工艺(尤其是反应温度的选取和控制)得到优化,生产出高耐晒牢度的C.I.颜料黄12、C.I.颜料黄14和C.I.颜料黄65,可广泛应用于外墙装饰涂料、塑料着色和高档油墨等领域。Based on four major processes such as pretreatment of attapulgite soil,preparation of diazonium salts,coupling,and post-treatment,modified attapulgite soil was used to prepare organic pigment yellow.Organic pigments are adsorbed inside the attapulgite soil which forms a protective layer outside,so that the light fastness and weather resistance of the organic pigment are greatly improved.At the same time,the production process(especially the selection and control of reaction temperature)is optimized to produce high light fastness C.I.Pigment Yellow 12,C.I.Pigment Yellow 14,and C.I.Pigment Yellow 65.They can be widely used in fields such as exterior wall decorative coatings,plastic coloring,and high-end inks.
