摘  要:以贵州瓮安磷矿为原料,通过对贵州芭田生态工程有限公司硝酸磷肥装置产生的母液进行深加工生产工业磷铵及净化磷酸。介绍硝酸法生产工业磷铵及净化磷酸工艺流程及原理,重点阐述硝酸磷肥装置产业链延伸生产工业磷铵工艺与设备的关键点及技术突破。该技术开发为新能源材料磷酸铁锂前驱体磷酸铁的磷源,副产品白肥加工硝酸磷(钾)肥,副产品白石膏高价值利用的技术实践及下一步改进提供了方向。Using Weng'an phosphate rock in Guizhou as raw material, industrial ammonium phosphate and purified phosphoric acid are produced by deep processing of mother liquor produced by nitrate phosphate fertilizer plant in Guizhou Batian Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd. The process flow and principle of producing industrial ammonium phosphate and purified phosphoric acid by nitric acid method are introduced, and the key points and technological breakthroughs in the process and equipment of industrial ammonium phosphate production by extending the industrial chain of nitrate phosphate fertilizer plant are emphasized. The development of this technology provides the direction for the technical practice and next improvement of the new energy material lithium iron phosphate precursor iron phosphate phosphorus source, by-product white fertilizer processing phosphorus nitrate(potassium)fertilizer, by-product white gypsum high value utilization.
