摘　　要：采用硝酸法湿法磷酸技术来生产工业磷酸、工业磷酸一铵、硝酸磷肥、硝酸铵钙,产业链可延伸至磷酸铁、磷酸铁锂。介绍硝酸磷肥和工业磷酸一铵耦合技术的工艺流程,计算主要产品硝酸磷肥、磷酸一铵的生产成本。介绍磷酸铁的市场情况、生产企业及优势、生产方法。硝酸磷肥和工业磷酸一铵耦合技术一是减少磷石膏排放,二是产品工业磷酸一铵、工业磷酸可用于磷酸铁的生产,经济性极好,可实现企业高质量发展。The wet-process phosphoric acid technology by nitric acid method is used to produce industrial phosphoric acid,industrial MAP,nitric acid phosphate fertilizer and calcium ammonium nitrate.The industrial chain can be extended to iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate.The process flow of the coupling technology of nitrate phosphate fertilizer and industrial MAP is introduced,and the production costs of the main products such as nitrate phosphate fertilizer and MAP are calculated.The market situation,production enterprises,advantages and production methods of iron phosphate are introduced.The coupling technology is to reduce the emission of phosphogypsum,and the product industrial MAP and industrial phosphoric acid can be used for the production of iron phosphate,which has excellent economy and can achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
