摘  要:贵州某公司黄磷厂针对污水处理系统含磷物质和泥浆等杂质不易分离、回收困难,存在环保风险、安全隐患、工作环境恶劣和生产成本高等问题,提出将黄磷装置污水池从地下移到地面,从工艺流程、设备、电仪自动化等方面全面优化改造的解决方案。改造后,污水处理水质指标达到了国家标准要求,生产成本降低112.35元/t,磷回收率提升产生的直接经济价值约500万元,改善了工作环境。In response to the difficulties in separating phosphorus containing substances and mud,and recovering phosphorus in the wastewater treatment system,as well as environmental risks,safety hazards,harsh working environment,and high production costs,a yellow phosphorus plant in Guizhou province has proposed a process treatment solution to move the sewage tank of the yellow phosphorus plant from underground to the ground,comprehensively optimizing and renovating the process flow,equipment,and electrical automation.After the renovation,the water quality indicators of the wastewater treatment meet the national standard requirements,reducing production costs by 112.35 RMB Yuan per ton,increasing the phosphorus recovery rate and generating a direct economic value of about 5 million RMB Yuan,improving the working environment.
