基层治疗新冠病毒轻症感染的选方及用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析新冠病毒轻症感染的选方及用药规律,为基层医疗单位提供参考。方法收集国家、部分省市2022年以后发布的中医药防治新冠病毒感染方案中治疗轻症的方剂15首,建立标准化数据库,采用SPSS 24.0软件进行频次分析、功效分析、归经分析。结果出现频次最高的方剂为银翘散。出现频次排名前5的中药依次是甘草(12次)、连翘(9次)、藿香(8次)、金银花(8次)、杏仁(8次)。功效排名前5的,依次是清热药(39次)、补虚药(17次)、化痰止咳平喘药(15次)、化湿药(13次)、解表药(10次)。归经排名前5的,依次是肺经(79次),胃经(60次),脾经(30次),心经(29次),胆经(14次)。结论银翘散可以作为基层医疗单位治疗新冠病毒感染轻症患者的重要方剂。甘草、连翘、藿香、金银花、杏仁可以作为常用中药,纳入方剂治疗当中,以获得更好的疗效。Objective To provide clinical basis for primary medical units by exploration of prescriptions and drug-uses of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)for treating mild COVID-19 infection in the relevant literature.Methods A total of the 15 newest prescriptions after 2022 for the treatment of mild COVID-19 infection issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the health commissions of provinces were collected.A standardized database was established.15 prescriptions were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 software.Results The top 1 most frequently used prescription is Yinqiao San.The top 5 most frequently used TCM were Gancao(12 times),Lianqiao(9 times),Guang Huoxiang(8 times),Jinyinhua(8 times)and Xingren(8 times).According to the classification of efficacy,the top 5 drugs were heat-clearing drugs(39 times),deficiency-tonifying drugs(17 times),phlegmresolving,cough-relieving,asthma-relieving drugs(15 times),dampness-eliminating drugs(13 times)and exterior-relieving drugs(10 times).The main meridian was lung(79 times),stomach(60 times),spleen(30 times),heart(29 times)and gallbladder(14 times).Conclusion Yinqiao San is an important prescription for the treatment of mild COVID-19 infection in primary medical units.Gancao,Lianqiao,Guang Huoxiang,Jinyinhua and Xingren can be used as common Chinese herbal medicines,and the addition of them can make a better curative effect.
