摘　　要：目的:分析临床药师参与早产儿苏云金芽孢杆菌所致颅内感染治疗的药学实践过程,为临床抗感染治疗提供参考。方法:临床药师参与1例早产儿颅内苏云金芽孢杆菌感染的抗感染治疗,并对苏云金芽孢杆菌的流行病学、药物治疗进行文献回顾分析。结果:临床药师协助医师制定了万古霉素+阿米卡星的抗感染方案,患儿感染情况得到有效控制。结论:临床药师在整个治疗过程中充分运用药学知识,协助临床医师制定了有效治疗方案,并对患儿实施药学监护,有利于合理、安全地使用药物,体现了药学服务的价值。Objective:To analyze the participation of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical practice of intracranial infection induced by Bacillus thuringiensis in preterm infants,so as to provide reference for clinical anti-infective therapy.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated into the anti-infective therapy of one premature infant with intracranial infection induced by B.thuringiensis,and performed literature review on the epidemiology and drug treatment of B.thuringiensis.Results:The anti-infective regimen of vancomycin+amikacin was developed,and the infection of the children was effectively controlled.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists make full use of pharmaceutical knowledge in the whole treatment process,assist clinicians to formulate effective treatment regimens,and implement pharmaceutical care for children,which plays essential role in rational and safe use of drugs and reflects the value of pharmaceutical care.
