摘  要:目的探究PDCA循环理念下持续改进措施对呼吸道传染病预检分诊人员相关态度及行为的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年9月淄博市周村区人民医院不同科室的60名参与预检分诊工作人员作为研究对象,同期纳入50例呼吸道传染疾病患者作为预检分诊对象。采用PDCA循环理念下持续改进措施管理,采用自制行为意向表调查干预前后分诊工作人员对工作内容的态度、执行情况,分析预检分诊人员的分诊态度,比较干预前后预检分诊人员分诊行为执行率、预检分诊质量、患者对预检分诊工作的总满意度。结果干预前,回答“不会做”的分诊人员中,提醒患者使用纸巾、速干消毒液的占比较高,为33.33%、28.33%;回答“可能做”的分诊人员中,指引患者至通风良好区域的占比较高,为25.00%;回答“一定做”的分诊人员中,指导患者咳嗽及卫生礼仪的占比较高,为73.33%。干预后,没有分诊人员回答“不会做”;回答“一定做”的分诊人员中,各行为意向占比均>70.00%。干预后,预检分诊人员指导患者咳嗽及卫生礼仪、提醒患者使用纸巾、提醒患者使用口罩、提醒患者使用速干消毒液、指引患者至通风良好区域的执行率均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,预检分诊人员分诊准确率、救治成功率均高于干预前,纠纷发生率低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,患者对预检分诊工作人员的服务态度、专业程度、分诊效率、沟通交流的满意度均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸道传染病预检分诊工作中,PDCA循环理念下持续改进措施可显著改善预检分诊人员的工作态度及行为,有助于工作质量的提高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of continuous improvement measures of under the PDCA cycle concept on relevant attitude and behavior of triage staff for pre-screening of respiratory infectious diseases.Methods 60 staff members from different departments in Zhoucun District People's Hospital of Zibo City from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and 50 patients with respiratory infectious diseases were included as the pre-examination triage objects during the same period.The continuous improvement measures were managed under the concept of PDCA cycle,and the self-made behavior intent table was used to investigate the attitude and implementation of pre-triage staff before and after intervention,the triage attitude of pre-triage staff was analyzed,and the triage behavior implementation rate,the quality of pre-triage,and the total satisfaction of patients with pre-triage work were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,among the triage staff who answered"won't do it",the proportion of reminding patients to use tissues and quick-drying disinfectant was relatively high,which was 33.33%and 28.33%;among the triage staff who answered"possible",the proportion of directing patients to well-ventilated areas was relatively high,which was 25.00%;among the triage staff who answered"definitely do it",the proportion of patients who instructed cough and hygiene etiquette was relatively high,which was 73.33%;after intervention,no triage staff answered"won't do it";among the triage staff who answered"definitely do",the proportion of each behavior intention was>70.00%.After the intervention,the implementation rates of instructing patients on cough and hygiene etiquette,reminding patients to use tissues,reminding patients to use masks,reminding patients to use quick-drying disinfector,and guiding patients to well-ventilated areas of pre-screening triage staff were all higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A
