扶正祛邪法防治肺癌的临床应用及前景

摘　　要：肺癌因其发病率、复发率及病死率较高而严重威胁着人类的健康,目前已有的治疗手段存在较多的不良反应。近年来,中医药在治疗肿瘤方面越来越受到重视,中医药在肿瘤防治中的增效减毒作用机制也逐渐清晰。扶正祛邪法以扶正、培本、祛邪为基本治疗原则,通过对机体的整体调节,发挥扶正培本、抑瘤散结的功效,对肺癌患者的瘤体稳定、症状缓解、生活质量改善和生存期延长等方面具有较好的作用。Objective Lung cancer is a serious threat to human health due to its high incidence,mortality and recurrence rates,and the existing treatments have many adverse reactions at present.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has received more and more attention in the treatment of tumors,and the mechanism of synergistic and attenuated effects of traditional Chinese medicine in tumor prevention and treatment has gradually become clear.The basic treatment principles of Fuzheng Quxie Method are Fuzheng,Peiben and Quxie.Through the overall adjustment of the body,play the role of Fuzheng Peiben,Yiliu Sanjie.It has good effects in tumor suppression,lung cancer patients tumor stability,symptom relief,quality of life improvement and survival prolongation and other aspects.
