摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是指由各种原因引起的慢性肾脏结构和功能障碍,当其进展至终末期肾脏病后有一部分患者选择了腹膜透析,但其中大量患者因心血管疾病而去世。近年来现代医学研究发现血清FGF23、矿物质与骨骼病、骨保护素等指标和腹膜透析患者心血管事件相关。从中医学角度出发认为其以脾肾亏虚为本,痰湿浊毒为标,在使用中医运动疗法、中成药以及中药汤剂治疗等方面取得了较好的疗效。综上,文章从中西医角度阐述疾病的研究和治疗进展,旨在为腹膜透析合并心血管并发症患者的早期诊断和临床治疗提供新思路新方法。Chronic kidney disease refers to the structural and functional disorder of the chronic kidney caused by various causes,when it progresses to end-stage renal disease,some patients choose peritoneal dialysis,but a large number of patients die due to cardiovascular disease.In recent years,modern medical studies have found that serum FGF23 and minerals are associated with bone diseases,osteoproteectin and other indicators and cardiovascular events in peritoneal dialysis patients.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that this disease is based on spleen and kidney deficiency,and phlegm,dampness,turbidity and poison are the standard,and good curative effects have been achieved in the use of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine decoction.In summary,this article will elaborate on the research and treatment progress of diseases from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine,aiming to provide new ideas and new methods for the early diagnosis and clinical treatment of patients with peritoneal dialysis complicated with cardiovascular complications.
